Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all assigned projects and maintaining consistency across all remote campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing and multimedia-rich content assets.
  • Ensure all content adheres to KCOM’s brand voice, tone, style guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role with a strong portfolio of digital content.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an impeccable grasp of English grammar and style.
  • Demonstrable understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
