As a Content Creator, you will be instrumental in developing engaging, informative, and compelling content across various digital platforms to attract, inform, and connect with prospective residents, their families, and our community. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, social media posts, video scripts, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, tone, and brand voice, and optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and community operations teams to identify content opportunities and support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content strategy and generate fresh ideas.
- Manage content calendars and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of engaging content.
- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine future content strategies and improve engagement.
- Assist in the creation and curation of visual content (images, infographics, videos) to complement written content.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrable portfolio of published content (articles, blog posts, website copy, social media campaigns).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
- Proven understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate industries.
