Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality content including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, social media posts, video scripts, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, tone, and brand voice, and optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and community operations teams to identify content opportunities and support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content strategy and generate fresh ideas.
  • Manage content calendars and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of engaging content.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to refine future content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Assist in the creation and curation of visual content (images, infographics, videos) to complement written content.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of published content (articles, blog posts, website copy, social media campaigns).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
  • Proven understanding of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate industries.
