Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding or temporary structures.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) with material handling, tool fetching, and general support.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate various hand and power tools, and basic construction equipment under supervision.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure proper storage.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist in the demolition of structures and removal of hazardous materials.
- Perform general site cleanup and waste disposal.
- Adhere to project timelines and contribute to efficient workflow on site.
