Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting skilled tradespersons (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers) with various tasks.
  • Loading, unloading, and distributing construction materials around the site.
  • Preparing sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
  • Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including waste removal.
  • Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and site policies.
  • Performing general labouring duties as required by site management.
  • Supporting the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and scaffolding.
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
