Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled tradespersons (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers) with various tasks.
- Loading, unloading, and distributing construction materials around the site.
- Preparing sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
- Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including waste removal.
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and site policies.
- Performing general labouring duties as required by site management.
- Supporting the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and scaffolding.
- Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
