We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Construction Labourer to join our dynamic site team in Spitalfields, London. This full-time, on-site role is essential to the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring that all site operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Construction Labourer, you will be a vital part of our ground-level operations, supporting various trades and contributing directly to the progress and safety of the construction site. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of tasks, from preparing work areas and assisting skilled tradespeople to maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to all health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up safety barriers, and organising materials.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform manual digging, trenching, and backfilling.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure site safety and efficiency.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and scaffolding.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Report any potential hazards or incidents to site management immediately.
- Support site management with general tasks as required to maintain project momentum.

- Proven physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual labour.

- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
- Previous experience working on a construction site (6 months preferred).

- First Aid certification is a plus.
