Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, ensuring all information is correctly captured into designated systems.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other digital records related to ticket sales, inventory, customer information, and operational reports.
- Transcribe documents, memos, and various administrative materials using word processing software.
- Generate routine reports, summaries, and analyses as required by management and various departments.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files and archiving important documents.
- Support administrative functions, including scanning, printing, and document preparation.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain data security protocols.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for office equipment and software issues, escalating complex problems to IT support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency across the cinema.
Required Skills
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of data with precision.
- Basic understanding of data entry principles and data integrity.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a data entry, administrative assistant, or computer operator role.
- Familiarity with cinema management systems or POS software is a plus.
