Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies for various projects and campaigns.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
  • Support media relations activities, including preparing media kits, monitoring media coverage, and compiling reports.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media channels, engaging with followers and tracking performance metrics.
  • Coordinate internal communication initiatives, ensuring employees are well-informed about company news and developments.
  • Organize and assist with corporate events, presentations, and workshops.
  • Conduct research to identify communication opportunities and best practices.
  • Maintain communication databases and archives, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in a communications role.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
