Key Responsibilities
- Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balancing daily and adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services, making referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Educate customers on digital banking options and other self-service tools.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards, security protocols, and bank operational guidelines.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and a positive working environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash handling or a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
