Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in Aiea, Hawaii. As a Commonwealth Bank Sales Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions from our diverse product portfolio. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business. You will engage with clients directly, provide expert advice, and facilitate the sales process for various banking products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments with clients to identify suitable banking products and services.
- Present and explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for various products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up.
- Ensure all sales activities and client interactions adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare sales reports as required.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking, lending, and basic investment principles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications
