Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels, providing accurate and timely information.
 - Assist customers with a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
 - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
 - Educate customers on Commonwealth Bank products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell or refer to specialists.
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements.
 - Ensure compliance with all bank procedures and security protocols to protect customer information and assets.
 - Process new account applications and update existing customer records with precision and confidentiality.
 - Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
 - Contribute to a positive branch environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and fostering strong customer relationships.
