Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the bank's operations.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance-related matters.
- Facilitate and support internal and external audits related to compliance.
- Assist in the investigation of reported compliance breaches or incidents.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation and records.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and internal audit teams to ensure a cohesive control environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML, OFAC) and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
