Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing branch team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue, deposit, loan, and customer acquisition targets.

- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews for team members, identifying development opportunities.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
