Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone and written correspondence regarding overdue accounts.
  • Listen actively to customers' situations and empathize while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Negotiate and establish suitable repayment plans based on individual circumstances and bank policies.
  • Accurately document all communication and actions taken on customer accounts.
  • Adhere strictly to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, collection strategies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk accounts or complex situations to senior specialists or management.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and patient approach.
