Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail assistants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, addressing customer needs with a friendly and efficient approach.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and merchandise displays to maximize sales and ensure product availability.
  • Handle cash management, daily reconciliations, and secure transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe environment.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, operational targets, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role, preferably with 2+ years.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
