Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, processing cash, credit, and other transaction types.
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise, ensuring proper rotation, accurate pricing, and visually appealing displays according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times, including aisles, checkout areas, and backroom facilities.
- Assist with comprehensive inventory management, including counting stock, processing returns, managing damages, and preparing for incoming deliveries.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts to enhance sales, drive customer engagement, and create an exciting shopping atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with team members and management to achieve daily operational goals and provide mutual support.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure a secure and compliant workplace.
- Develop and apply thorough product knowledge to inform customers, address concerns, and support their purchasing decisions.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a retail or customer service role.
