Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them promptly with product inquiries, location, and service needs.
- Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing product displays, ensuring proper rotation and freshness standards.
- Assist with the efficient unloading, sorting, and organization of new merchandise deliveries in the stockroom.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling various transactions including cash, credit, and debit.
- Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and backroom, according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food handling standards and procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
