Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet Coca-Cola’s stringent standards.
- Load and unload materials and products onto/from production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist with changeovers and setups for different product runs as required.
- Accurately complete production logs and documentation.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory and production counts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Adherence to strict safety and hygiene standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (food/beverage preferred).
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
