Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated packaging machinery, including fillers, labelers, and palletizers.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging materials, ensuring adherence to Coca-Cola standards.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
- Load raw materials and packaging supplies onto production lines.
- Monitor production flow and adjust machine settings as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines.
- Complete accurate production logs and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory and quality checks.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food & beverage.
- Post-secondary education in a technical field or related discipline.

- Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine interface.
