Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated packaging machinery, including fillers, labelers, and palletizers.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging materials, ensuring adherence to Coca-Cola standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
  • Load raw materials and packaging supplies onto production lines.
  • Monitor production flow and adjust machine settings as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Complete accurate production logs and documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic mathematical skills for inventory and quality checks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food & beverage.
  • Post-secondary education in a technical field or related discipline.
  • Forklift operator certification.

  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine interface.
