Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to Coca-Cola employees for hardware, software, network, and system issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS), productivity suites (Microsoft 365), and various corporate applications.
  • Assist users with account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
  • Proactively identify and report recurring technical issues to improve overall system stability and user experience.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT best practices and system functionalities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Coca-Cola's IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company security protocols and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN) and basic TCP/IP concepts.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
