Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, with a specific focus on entry-level recruitment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, virtual and in-person, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication, including sending interview confirmations, follow-up emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and conducting initial screenings of applications.
  • Prepare offer letters, new hire paperwork, and assist with pre-employment checks.
  • Support new employee onboarding processes, including orientation scheduling and documentation.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS software.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
