Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial paperwork.
- Draft and distribute internal HR communications, such as policy updates, employee announcements, and training invitations.
- Assist with the coordination of HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Process HR-related documentation, including employment verification letters and termination paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general information, or direct them to the appropriate HR specialist.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, including logistics, materials preparation, and participant tracking.
- Help compile HR reports and metrics for management review, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
