Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders, product requests, and service inquiries using designated systems and software.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and information on Coca-Cola's diverse portfolio of beverages.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure a coordinated and exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly demeanor.
  • Proven ability to actively listen, empathize, and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience within the food & beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with order processing systems and logistics.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
