Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms with professionalism and empathy.

- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to virtual care platforms for both patients and providers.
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
- Support billing processes and payment collection as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and patient experience.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development sessions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or medical office administrative role.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
