Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, service requests, and financial guidance.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their current and future financial needs, identifying opportunities to introduce relevant WSFS products and services.
- Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters to appropriate internal teams when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with lending, wealth management, treasury management, and digital banking teams to provide integrated client solutions.
- Facilitate client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of their new banking relationship.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and resources, promoting self-service options and enhancing their overall banking experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records within our CRM system, documenting all interactions and service activities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and actively solicit feedback, implementing improvements based on insights gathered.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Contribute to client retention and growth strategies by consistently delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client loyalty.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to client engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and digital banking platforms.
- Knowledge of local market conditions and business landscape in Laurel, Delaware and surrounding areas.
- Experience in a consultative sales or advisory role.
