Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes of issues, and provide effective, solutions-oriented assistance.
  • Educate customers on Econet's range of products, services, and promotions, helping them make informed choices.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with service standards.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product offerings, system updates, and service protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets for customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in local languages is a plus).

  • Ability to actively listen and comprehend customer needs and concerns.
