We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner – Office/Facility to join our team in Elimgbu, Port Harcourt. This vital role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment within our office premises and client facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens thoroughly, restocking supplies as needed.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and interior walls.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs to management.
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to company standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required, such as deep cleaning or post-event cleanup.
- Ensure all areas are locked and secured after cleaning, if applicable.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners).
