This position operates on a shift rotation basis, requiring flexibility and reliability to ensure that all areas are consistently maintained throughout the week. Your duties will encompass a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks, from daily upkeep to periodic deep cleaning. You will be responsible for ensuring that floors sparkle, surfaces are dust-free, restrooms are sanitized to the highest standards, and waste is managed efficiently and hygienically. Beyond the visual appeal, your work directly contributes to the health and well-being of everyone on our premises, preventing the spread of germs and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Working within the staff residences, you will also be entrusted with maintaining a respectful and private environment while ensuring cleanliness. This requires discretion and a professional demeanor at all times. You will be expected to use various cleaning equipment and agents safely and effectively, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Training on specific equipment and company policies will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces in offices, common areas, and residences.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens thoroughly, ensuring adequate supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand towels) are maintained.
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas, adhering to waste segregation policies.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as required.
  • Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Restock supplies in all designated areas.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance needs, damages, or safety hazards to management.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
  • Manage cleaning supply inventory and request new supplies as needed.
  • Maintain discretion and respect privacy when cleaning residential areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently to meet cleaning schedules.
  • Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
