In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks, from daily office maintenance to deep cleaning of homes, ensuring every space meets our stringent quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with company and client guidelines.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within allocated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner.
- Handle confidential client information with discretion.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or domestic cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience with specialist cleaning equipment (e.g., floor polishers, carpet cleaners).
- Current Basic Disclosure Scotland (PVG scheme) check.
- COSHH certification.
