Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily classroom activities and lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance or enrichment.
- Help prepare instructional materials, educational displays, and learning resources for lessons.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, playtime, transitions, and other school events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, distributing materials, and basic record-keeping.
- Support student behavior management strategies and promote positive social interactions among students.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with teachers, parents, and other staff members as needed.
- Monitor student performance and report observations and progress to the lead teacher.
- Participate actively in professional development opportunities, staff meetings, and school events.
Required Skills
