Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring all work meets the highest engineering standards and contractual requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including resource utilization, material consumption, and overall project status.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction teams and ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Implement and enforce site-specific health and safety plans, conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations to minimize risks.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in civil engineering and construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry.

Preferred Qualifications
