Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in a structured training program designed to develop expertise in various facets of civil engineering projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, specifications, and design documents under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and identify potential issues.
- Support the project team in managing timelines, resources, and budget allocations for assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Learn and apply relevant Israeli building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for various project stages.

Required Skills
