Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and new employees are integrated effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS) and other relevant databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee recognition, and training development.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and other documents as required for management and internal stakeholders.
  • Support employee relations activities by assisting with documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate HR-related meetings, events, and training sessions, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
