Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including in-depth variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance tracking against established benchmarks.
  • Design, develop, and meticulously maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, critical business cases, and informed investment decisions.
  • Actively assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly financial forecasts, and long-range strategic financial plans.
  • Generate accurate and comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, effectively highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, promptly identifying potential risks and emerging opportunities.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all internal financial policies, established procedures, and relevant external regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions, data visualization).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and proven financial modeling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
