Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data extraction and analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, answer critical business questions, and investigate data anomalies.
- Utilize statistical methods and data modeling techniques to identify root causes of issues and forecast future trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytical efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of data-driven strategies and solutions.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
