Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in the preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, basic diagnostic checks, and troubleshooting on various industrial systems.
- Support the installation, repair, and calibration of machinery and instrumentation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Document maintenance activities, observations, and completed work orders accurately.
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuous learning programs to enhance technical skills.
- Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the facility.
- Respond to and assist with emergency situations as required, following established protocols.
