Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute innovative menus encompassing both Continental and diverse Local Congolese cuisine, ensuring variety and guest satisfaction.

  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.
  • Introduce new culinary techniques and trends while preserving the authenticity of local dishes.
  • Handle special dietary requests and ensure guest satisfaction with personalized culinary solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting, preferably within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
  • Exceptional culinary skills in both Continental and authentic Local Congolese cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
