Key Responsibilities
- Transport catering equipment, food, and beverages safely and efficiently to event locations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, chairs, serving stations, and decor.
- Prepare and arrange food and beverage displays according to event specifications and company standards.
- Provide attentive and professional service to guests during events, ensuring a positive experience.
- Replenish food and beverage items as needed, maintaining presentation quality throughout the event.
- Clean and sanitize serving areas, equipment, and utensils before, during, and after events.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Communicate effectively with event managers, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting any damaged or missing items.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful event execution.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
