Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately using our till systems.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods, ensuring correct change and transaction completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with queries.
- Maintain a clean and organised checkout area.
- Promote Clubcard and other store initiatives to customers.
- Assist customers with packing their shopping when necessary.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including age verification for restricted products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
