Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for overseas caretaking, domestic support, and facility management positions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and overall suitability for international assignments.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate outreach, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and support to candidates regarding visa applications, international travel logistics, cultural integration, and assignment expectations.
- Collaborate closely with international clients to understand their specific staffing needs, cultural environments, and job requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant international labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future overseas opportunities, anticipating client needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout their overseas placement journey, offering ongoing support and guidance.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated exposure to international placements or specific industries requiring overseas staffing (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, domestic services).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex international requirements clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and across different cultures, showing sensitivity and adaptability.
- Foundational knowledge of international HR principles and common visa application processes.
