Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide transportation to appointments, social engagements, and shopping.
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the care coordinator.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities and conversation.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
Required Skills
