Key Responsibilities
- Provide respectful and dignified personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Administer medication as prescribed, following strict protocols and documentation.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and attending appointments.
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition or concerns to the care manager.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Foster a caring and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care-giving role (personal or professional)
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- First Aid certification
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures
