Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide courteous and efficient service, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, store policies, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Assist customers with product location, selection, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting customer service area.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and new product arrivals.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with integrity and accuracy.
  • Promote Canadian Tire programs, such as loyalty programs and credit cards, to eligible customers.
