Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and store policies.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in Russian and English (verbal and written communication)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
