Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
 - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

 - Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
 - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
