Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming mail and parcels efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including staging, loading, and scanning packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Verify product accuracy, report discrepancies, and handle items with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to all Canada Post policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
