As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat. You will play a crucial role in answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive experience for every member interaction. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to GoodLife Fitness members via phone, email, and chat.
- Address member inquiries regarding memberships, club services, policies, and promotions accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve member concerns and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Process membership changes, billing inquiries, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all member interactions in our CRM system.
- Educate members on various GoodLife Fitness programs and services to enhance their fitness journey.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless member support.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product offerings and service enhancements.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Proven ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (1+ years).
- Familiarity with CRM software and call centre technologies.
- Ability to speak French or other languages is an asset.
- A passion for health, fitness, and active living.
- Experience with international relocation or a strong understanding of immigration processes.
