Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, providing information and resolving queries.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile, internet, and other Digicel services.
  • Process customer requests, including account updates, service changes, and billing inquiries.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on Digicel products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and effective communication.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and improve overall customer service performance.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer usage and navigating multiple software applications.
