Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve students, faculty, and staff with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as portioning, assembling, and garnishing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ensure dining areas, serving stations, and food counters are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Replenish food items, beverages, and supplies as needed to maintain service flow.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with dishwashing, pot washing, and general kitchen cleanup tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support special events or catering activities on campus as required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
