Job Description

Stock management, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked, and assisting with daily opening and closing procedures will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately using a till system, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and other menu offerings efficiently and attractively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cafe, including the kitchen, serving areas, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment of display cases, and ensuring all products are fresh and appealing.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and cash reconciliation.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.
