Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and cabin during flight.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight hospitality and customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and retail items.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks of the cabin, safety equipment, and catering supplies.
- Provide clear and concise safety briefings and demonstrations.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies, security incidents, and other unforeseen situations.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and disembarking procedures.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and order throughout the flight.
- Uphold Loganair's service standards and brand image at all times.
- Complete all required administrative tasks and paperwork accurately.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
- High level of personal responsibility and integrity.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to swim 25 metres unaided.
- A valid UK/EU passport allowing unrestricted travel.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to obtain an Airside Pass (requiring a 5-year verifiable employment/education history and a criminal record check).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or aviation.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures.
- Hold a valid driving license.
